This is my 23rd year working as a home inspector (22 years on my own); and several years before that I worked for a custom home builder. Along with a great team of professionals who assist us with inspecting heating systems, septic systems, wells, pools, and for pests, your inspection will have the advantage of a second veteran home inspector, and during your inspection this affords us more time to focus on the more complex components and issues, and the result is a much more comprehensive inspection & report.
Our primary responsibility is to provide you with as much information as we can about the house you are considering, and we’ll not only give you an orientation on the home and explain how things work, but your report will include photographs, descriptions, and details about the home with emphasis on any concerns, deficiencies, or defects that you should be made aware of.
